Buy A Bucker is not an Auctioneer. Although we are referred to as an Online Auction we are acting as Agents Only.  Our sole purpose if this website is to act as a venue to allow Breeders, owners, and people interested in starting a breeding program to buy and sell bucking bulls, cows, semen, embryo’s and bucking horses.  The actual transaction occurs between buyer and seller.  All guarantees and payments for cattle are between the buyer and seller. Buy A Bucker is not a classified ad.

By placing an animal on Buy A Bucker you are consigning them to be sold to the highest bidder, and you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth by Buy A Bucker and agree to adhere to all consignor rules.  Failure to follow all rules forfeits your right to use Buy A Bucker online service as a buyer or seller. 

Consignor Rules

By consigning an animal, semen, or embryo for auction on Buy A Bucker you agree to the terms and conditions and to abide by all rules set forth by Buy A Bucker.  Prior to placing an animal, semen, or embryo for sale at auction on the website the consignor must complete a consignment form furnished on the website. 

By placing an animal, semen, or embryo on the website for auction you will automatically be liable for an office charge. No commission will be taken out, just an office charge payable to Buy A Bucker. Here is how you will be charged:
If your consignment Lot# doesn't sell or Brings up to $1000.00 then your fee for selling it on our auction is $25.00
If your consignment Lot# brings from $1001.00-$2000.00 then your fee for selling if on our auction is $50.00.
If your Consignment Lot# brings over $2000.00 then your fee for selling it on our auction is $75.00.

At that time you may place a reserve on that animal, semen, or embryo.

If the reserve is not met you have the option to re-consign or sell to the highest bidder. If for any reason a successful bidder defaults on a sale where the reserve is met you may request Buy A Bucker to contact the second high bidder to sell the animal, semen, or embryo to him on his bid.

Consignor is responsible for all health papers required by state and federal laws.  All Registered consignments must send a copy of the papers into the office at the time of consignment.  Transportation arrangements will be between buyer and seller.  Buy A Bucker does not guarantee health or quality of animals, semen, or embryos being sold.

Bidders Rules

By registering as a bidder and placing a bid on Buy A Bucker website you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by all rules set forth by the website.  Before Placing a Bid please fill out all bidding information furnished by Buy A Bucker. No bids of less than $25.00 will be accepted. 

The Bids will end at the scheduled time 9:00 pm CST Central Standard Time, unless there is active bidding from two or more buyers; therefore bidding will continue in increments of 15 minutes (from the scheduled end time) until the bidding has stopped. At that time the sale will be final. 

For example: The initial close time is 9:00 pm CST. If a bid is placed within 15 minutes of the closing time (8:45 pm CST to 9:00 pm CST) an additional15 minutes will be added to the close time making the new closing time 9:15. If another bid is placed between 9:00 pm CST and 9:15 pm CST an additional 15 minutes will be added to the current close time of 9:15 pm CST making the new closing time 9:30 pm CST. This will continue until there are no bids placed within 15 minutes of the closing time.

Be sure to watch the exact Closing Time update on the lot listings during active bidding at closing.

If any buyer or consignor fails to follow through on a completed sale Buy A Bucker has the right to refuse anyone consignments or bids from that person.

 

The successful bidder will be contacted by e-mail or phone following the end of the bidding. The winning bidder will contact the seller to arrange for payment and transportation.

 

All monies paid to the seller will be U.S. dollars only.

 

If you are planning to bid on a Lot then you will pay that price that the Reserve says. The Buyer has the Right to lower his Reserve once the Bidding Starts, so if you can not pay for the Lot at the Price you have Bid then Please Do not bid on the Lot.

 

Buy A Bucker reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

AT THE CLOSING OF THE AUCTION ON TUESDAY NIGHT IF THE LAST BIDDER CANNOT BE LOCATED OR HAS PLACED A FALSE BID THE BID ABOVE HIM WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT ON THE LOT!!
